Complaints / Returns
All products purchased in our online store can be returned for 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Inform us about it by writing to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
- Prepare the product for return (full value, re-salable): make sure that it is properly packed so that it is protected during shipment, with accompanying gifts and samples.
- Complete and print the return form (example form: docx PDF) and pack it with the product. If you do not have a printer, you can write the return declaration by hand. It is important that it contains the same information that is contained in the form.

- As soon as we receive your package, we will inform you about it. Returned items are always inspected and, if they meet the conditions for return, we will issue a refund based on the original payment method.
- The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, with accessories and instructions.
- If you wish to return the kit, please return all products that are part of it.
