Returns

All products purchased in our online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To make a return:

1. Inform us by writing to our email address: office@nudmuses.com

2. Prepare the product for return (full value, suitable for resale): make sure it is properly packaged to be protected during shipping, along with any gifts and samples included.

3. Fill in and print the return form (sample form: docx PDF) and pack it with the product. If you do not have a printer, you can write the declaration of withdrawal from the contract by hand. It is important that it contains the same information that is included in the form.

4. Send the package to the address:

5. As soon as we receive your package, we will inform you. Returned products are always checked and if they meet the return conditions, we will refund the money according to the original method of payment.

NOTE:

1. The returned product must be undamaged, in the original packaging, along with accessories and instructions.
2. If you wish to return a set, you must return all the products that are part of it.
